1.The scope and objectives of this project are replacing network and security equipment using more than 7 years or supplier end-of-service (EOS) in order to further enhance information security, improve the efficiency of taxation operations, and maintain a high service quality.
2.The effective date of this project contract is the tender awarding date. The period of this project is from the tender awarding date to November 10, 2018. There are two stages:
(1)The first stage: from the tender awarding date to August 31, 2018.
(2)The second stage: from September 1, 2018 to November 10, 2018.
3.Warranty
From the acceptance of this project for 5 years.
4.If the budget of this procurement has not been unfrozen the execution of the budget by the Legislative Yuan, Republic of China, the entity may extend the time-limit for tendering or cancel the publication.
5.Modify requirements specification appendix 3-1。
