附加說明
1.The objectives and scope of this project are optimizing information computer facilities, develop and build cloud services platform infrastructure(including computing and storage resource...etc), plan and construct cloud network, build information security protection mechanism, provide information security management services, and build the software and hardware of electronic document exchange system.
2.The effective date of this project contract is the tender awarding date.The project period of the project is from the tender awarding date to 109/12/31. There are three stages:
(1) The first stage: from the tender awarding date to December 10, 2018.
(2) The second stage: from the next day of the last day of the first stage to November 30, 2019.
(3) The third stage: from the next day of the last day of the first stage to December 31, 2020.
