The President announced in the inauguration speech this year that the government will cultivate much more local talents and professionals equipped with solid bilingual and digital skills, so that the nation’s industries will have stronger international competitiveness for the future. Afterwards, the President has instructed the establishment of a designated administrative juridical entity in order to promote the "Bilingual Nation 2030” policy, so as to ensure the continuous promotion and implementation of the policy after 2024.
In accordance with the aforementioned mandate, in order to deal with the establishment of such an administrative juridical entity as soon as possible and to accelerate the promotion of various policy measures and strategies for the "Bilingual National 2030” policy, National Development Council (NDC) has planned to entrust a professional team to handle the various preliminary work, policy promotion, and external communication for the establishment of "Bilingual Nation 2030 Administrative Juridical Person.” It is expected that the "Bilingual Nation 2030 Administrative Juridical Person" will be officially established before the end of August 2021.
