Requirements and Specifications of “A set of greenhouse gases Eddy Covariance flux measurements equipment”
A.Greenhouse gases Eddy Covariance flux measurements equipment (GHGs-ECFE) ,1 set
A.1. GHGs-ECFE should be able to analyze concentrations of Nitrous Oxide (N2O),Methane (CH4) ,Carbon dioxide (CO2) and water vapor (H2O) simultaneously and continuously, with water vapor measured to report dry mole fractions.
A.2. Measurement method: Mid-Infrared (MIR) Laser Absorption Spectroscopy, multipass cell technology with MIR solid-state lasers.
A.3. The multipass cell used a 13m (or longer) absorption path length in a small volume of 60 cc (or smaller).
A.4. Operation ranges of GHGs-ECFE (Table 1).

Nitrous Oxide (N2O): 10 ppb to 500 ppm (or wider range)
Methane (CH4) : 10 ppb to 10,000 ppm (or wider range)
Carbon dioxide (CO2):10 ppm to 10% (or wider range)

C.3. Consumables required for training, installation and function testing must be supplied by the winning bidder.
