Description of the Procurement
1.To plan and plot several expected district meter areas (DMA) from the appointed block.
2.To be aimed at the boundary of expected DMA and follow these works as below:
(1)The survey and pinpoint works for distribution pipes, fire hydrants and valves with a caliber ranging from 75 mm to 500 mm.
(2)The survey and pinpoint works for unknown distribution pipes.
(3)The detecting and raised works for fire hydrants and valves of cover-up with the earth.
(4)The re-plotting works when the positions of fire hydrants or valves are inaccurate.
3.Before the confirmed operation for suspend water supply, the interior and exterior pressures of expected DMA must be measured for six hours.
4.Only when the pressures are zeroes of six interior fire hydrants at least, it is proven to pass the confirmed operation.
5.To proceed the pressure analysis of inflow and outflow pipes for confirmed DMA, and recommend where the meters must be installed.
To measure and analysis the ratio of accounted-for water, direct minimum flow, or minimum nighttime flow for appointed DMA.
6.Time-limit for receipt of Tenders :Until 2006/ 05 / 11 17:30

1.本案係採限制性招標並以準用最有利標，公開評選優勝廠商後議價決標 方式辦理。2、採1次投標3段（基本資格審查、簡報評選及議價）開標方式辦理本次係本案第3階段議價開標作業。3、本案於95.5.11辦理第1階段資格審查，審查結果有3家合格。4、第2階段簡報評選於95年5 月19 日，由盛安資訊股份有限公司經評選優勝廠商，取得第1名優先議價權。5.於95.5.29辦理議價以30,000,000元決標
