5) Performance Bond and Due Date: The Bidder awarded the contract will be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the full contract price and should be paid before signing the contract.

8) Bid Award Date: Same as the bid opening date
9) In the event that the closing date for the submission of bid proposals falls on a business day and that for some reason the office closes on that day before the prescribed closing time for the submission of bid proposals, the time and date shall be extended to the same time on the next business day; the same shall also apply to the bid opening date, the bid opening time and date shall be extended to the same time on the next business day.
