(1)The award will be made on unit price basis, the contract award shall be determined by the sum of the total of unit price times theestimated quantity for each item IAW Enforcement Rules of the Government procurement Act Article 64-1.
(2)The maximum total cumulative of training service cannot exceed EUR$139,800.00. Buyer shall issue requests for Seller in accordance with Buyer's actual requirements, and Buyer does not assure that the total sum of all such requests issued will reach the maximum amount or budget amount of this Purchase Order. The mutual written agreement of the parties shall be required to exceed the maximum total cumulative value of EUR$139,800.00.
估算方式
本案採開口契約作業模式，以實作數量計價付款，以單價計列契約，並以預估貨款總價及招標文件載明之預估數量製作契約，並以預估貨款總價(139,800歐元)為採購上限。
