The Soil and Water Conservation Bureau (SWCB) will merge with other institutions in the processes of government reorganization. However, the present office of SWCB is borrowing properties. Considering the business increase and long-term development, it is necessary to promote the self-ownership of the SWCB office. In coordination with the National Property Administration (NPA), NPA agreed to provide national lands for construction of a new SWCB office.
This project is aimed to invite the potential merged institutions to involve in the planning and work out the feasibility plans. This may contribute to improve the vertical integration of merged business, save the time of horizontal coordination, and enhance economic performance of national-land use.
