1.The main function of this cryogenic variable pressure scanning electron microscope is to observe the surface ultrastructure of animals, plants and microorganisms, and can accommodate multiple sets of samples that are fixedly installed or in bulk in a specimen chamber with a diameter of 30 cm.
2.The cryogenic variable pressure scanning electron mịcroscope must include an electronic optical system, stage and specimen chamber, evacuation system, and operation system.
3.The Contractor must have service personnel stationed in Taiwan. This service personnel should be capable of listening, speaking, reading and writing fluently in Chinese (traditional).
