1.Contract Period:
The construction works shall be commenced within 15 days after the date when the entity notifies the supplier and shall be completed within 1000 days from the commencement day.
The contract period shall include the dates of power interruption at night.
2.Bidder qualification:
A.Suppliers’ Basic Qualifications: (Taiwan’s Suppliers)
1. Government approved Grade a Comprehensive Construction
Enterprises (E101011)
2.Required Documents:
(1). Grade A Comprehensive Construction Enterprises
Registration Certificate.
(2). Valid Member Certificate of Taiwan Regional Engineering Contractors Association.
(3). Project Contracting Manual.
(4). Tax Payment Certificate.
B.The suppliers of the WTO GPA members are allowed to tender.
The suppliers shall present the following documents:
(1)The Registration Certificate issued by the subsidiaries, branch organization, or branch offices recognized by the Taiwan’s government is required.
(2)The basic qualifications are the same as Taiwan’s suppliers’.
3.The Subject and Place of Contract
The supplier shall proceed the construction works such as sidings, fences, and drains in accordance with the contract, construction guidelines, quality control regulations and illustrations. During the contract period the monitoring and relative administration matters will be executed by the TRA’s 7 branches including Taipei, Taichung,Chiayi, Kaohsiung,Taitung, Hualien, and Yilan. The 7 branches carry out the aforementioned matters under their respective jurisdiction.
