A.Designation of tender:The spare parts of motor operated valve (MOV), maker: KITZ & VELAN or equivalent.
B.This procurement is apply to the treaties or agreements with the Republic of China, Taiwan. The name of the treaties or agreement is Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO).
C.The basic qualified documentation and its certificate for the domestic tenderers are as the following:
a.Specification, material, outline dimensional drawing and catalogue (should be clear shown from manufacture and equivalent, either). Please highlight each item for easy identify.
D.Bid of original product: Please provide the original drawing of each item which is shown tag no. and all of the specification. The general catalogue is unacceptable.
E.Bid of equivalent product :
(a)Please provide specific document, outline dimensional part drawing, material of part, maker name and catalogue for each item. Please demonstrate all of the part is identical to existing products.
(b)The meaning of equivalent is the part match with existing in TPC TungHsiao Thermal Power Plant renewal project.
F.Please read the Chinese version of notice to tenderer carefully before bidding.
