4.Abstract of Company Qualifications: regular companies
1. Qualified Documentation:
Bidders must submit business registration license or equivalent documentation, as well as a foundation and operation license for verification, and have one of the following certificate of business item codes: CE01010, EZ05010, E701010, CC01080, CE01030, E603050, E604010, F113030, F213040, F404040, F113062.
2. Tax filing documentation:
Bidders must submit a copy of their most recently filed tax documents. Acceptable forms include a receipt of operation tax payment or a receipt of the latest payment of taxable sales income and tax filing documents stamped by the local Revenue Service. Previous documentation may be used in place of the most recent documentation if such documentation is not available. Companies that have been recently founded or that have not yet operated for a length of time which requires taxes to be filed may use their official registration license and application for the Uniform Invoice issued by the Ministry of Finance. Further details can be found in the Bidder Instructions.
3. Bidders must submit license of Safety and Health Education and Trainings specified for Category C Occupational Safety and Health Supervisor .
4. For the foreign companies that have to set up offices in Taiwan to perform the contract, the certificate of setting up branches or offices in Taiwan issued by Taiwan Government should be provided, unless the foreign company can offer the procurement objects overseas, such as importing goods, transmitting procurement objects by document or internet, or the company have agent in Taiwan.
5. The above certificate documents should be provided by the form of photocopy. For the foreign company, if the Chinese translated document which should be authenticated, it should be authenticated by overseas representative of Taiwan. However, in the particular situation that foreign company can’t provide the above authenticated documents, the company can provide the explanation in the bidding documents, or provide the equivalent certificate.
Miscellaneous:
Contract project contains「Hydrometric Devices Renewal」(Budget Amount:13,000,000NT) and「Hydrometric Station Maintenance」(Budget Amount:6,000,000NT), each project Bid Amount shall not exceed the Budget Amount.
